Root Cause First.
Functional Medicine & Physical Therapy in Tulsa, OK
Indivisible Health, LLC, was formed to set a new standard in healthcare. When combining physical therapy with evidence-based functional medicine and providing health coaching and ongoing support, patients are empowered to take control of their health. When people learn how their genetics, nutrient levels, habits, and environment impact their bodies then they realize that enormous power lies in their hands. This is a new model; instead of a passive approach to healthcare this shifts the practitioner/patient relationship toward a team dynamic that continues to shift over time toward the patient as they become equipped to embark on their health journey independently.
The name, Indivisible Health, was inspired by a book. An individual is, in essence, indivisible; the body cannot be broken down into separate parts that function independently of one another. The mind cannot be considered separate from the body; the brain (central nervous system) continuously communicates with the body. Much like an ecosystem, there is an interconnectedness to our physiology. This is a fundamental aspect of my approach to healthcare; treat the individual, not just the symptom.
We are all at different stages of health, and we are all at different stages of how we value our health; I hope to be connecting with you during a time in which you are ready to make meaningful change. No matter what your health status is today, all that matters is that you are ready to take action. I would be honored to guide you on your journey to healing.

Most people don’t realize how unwell they feel until they begin to feel better. Many people have felt ill for so long that they don’t recognize if they are suffering from fatigue, digestive problems, headaches, allergies, pain…
These aren’t just annoying symptoms, …Ignoring these symptoms can result in progression of a disease process. Our bodies are quite brilliant in their design and by learning to pay attention to these signals we can work to protect it. These symptoms are important clues that can indicate to use the need to address the cause in order to prevent a disease process from occurring.

What do you typically think of when someone mentions breakfast food? Cereal? Toast? Pancakes? Bagels? WHY? Who decided that these foods were to be the pinnacles for the American breakfast? Who got is so wrong to think that carb loading first thing in the morning would fuel and sustain our bodies for the day? Regardless of who steered us in this direction, now it is ingrained in our culture and it has become a habit to make a bowl of sugary cereal or grab a few pieces of toast before heading out in the morning. It’s a habit, but one that can easily be swapped out for a healthier one. Skip the bagel, eat the bacon, and have some eggs. Hey, it’s even tastier!
What matters is that today we have better science guiding individualized food recommendations to improve health…. (Segway into genetics….)

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
